BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant in our San Antonio center. You will greet donors, screen them, collect vital signs, and help ensure safety and quality in donor care.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts that fit a part-time schedule. Training and onboarding will be provided at the center level to support reliable donor services.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts with accurate records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain donor documentation.
• Support center operations by identifying opportunities for process improvements and flexible scheduling.
