Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a dependable team member for the evening shift to fill in for absent workers and support the production line. You will train new and current associates on job tasks, operate in compliance with company policies and animal welfare guidelines, and help maintain safety and cleanliness on the line.

The role includes setting up lines with stands and ice, distributing/swapping knives, and performing duties with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and motivate self.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Independently fills in and performs work when regular worker is absent.
• Distributes knives before shift, swaps during shift, and collects at end.
• Sets up lines with stands and ice; trains new or current workers.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area; adheres to policies and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
