Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a production clerical assistant for 2nd shift to provide essential support to the production team in Texas. The role requires data entry, file management, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines on a 2pm–10:30pm shift.

Benefits start on day one, on‑the‑job training, and a $1,500 sign-and-stay bonus for second shift. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Basic math skills and computer skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to department and update shift production reports.
• Enter required data into correct computer system, retrieve upon request.
• File all department paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform production work as needed.
• Adhere to safe work practices, maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality; report any condition or practice that may adversely affect food safety, quality or safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
