Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training with externship preferred.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; handle emergencies/crises.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and processes venous and capillary blood samples from patients of all ages.
• Processes clinical specimens for delivery to lab departments and reference laboratories.
• Performs duties within assigned work blocks and maintains compliance.
• Assists in preventative maintenance and disinfection in the Specimen Processing area.
• Concord Site only: travels to off-site locations for phlebotomy collections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
