Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant – Phlebotomist for the main campus. The role handles venipuncture across age groups, patient verification, and clerical data entry to keep the lab workflow moving.

You will work on the second shift, with weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy training and ASCP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training or relevant work experience required.
• ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine venipuncture and capillary collection across age groups.
• Identify patients accurately at collection and label specimens properly.
• Verify requisitions and document orders and patient data.
• Enter orders into EPIC and maintain accurate clerical records.
• Prepare specimens for processing and assist with handling and transport.
