Responsibilities

• Stock control in all areas of the pharmacy
• Drive medications to other Article 28 sites as needed
• Restock intravenous solutions in IV Room
• Order pharmaceuticals and supplies as needed
• Check expiration dates of drugs in all areas
• Prepare LVP, PB, and TPN solutions under pharmacist supervision
• Complete departmental/unit inspections promptly
• Follow controlled substance procedures (C-2)
• Assist in training of new personnel
• Comply with pharmaceutical waste program
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy
