Responsibilities

• Read physicians' orders and prepare medications for dispensing.
• Deliver medications to patient care units and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate records for controlled substances and inventory.
• Assist in preparation of sterile products under pharmacist supervision.
• Enter parenteral admixture data into Pharmacy IV computer systems.
• Replenish supplies and manage inventory for pharmacy service areas.
