Polaris Pharmacy Services is seeking an Order Entry Technician to accurately input prescriptions and refills, address customer questions, and support continuous improvement across service delivery. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety and regulatory policies in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

The position offers a 3:30pm–12:00am shift with rotating weekends, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus state licensure for pharmacy technicians.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of brand name/generic medications.
• Alpha-numeric data entry experience.
• Basic math computation skills.
• Knowledge of SIG codes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system.
• Address and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client services and procedures.
• Comply with safety policies and government regulations, including HIPAA.
