Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc).
• Reporting changes in health and status of residents and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
