Wallick Senior Living is hiring a Part-time Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver) for The Grove at Oakleaf Village in Toledo, OH, working 3pm-11pm. Compensation starts at $16/hour with shift differential.

You will provide direct resident care and support to help residents maintain independence and quality of life. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, employee-owned culture, and opportunities for growth within a team-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certified.
• Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication with co-workers, residents, family members and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provide physical resident care including bathing and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident or family needs.
• Motivate resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other events.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and repositioning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
