Wallick Senior Living is seeking a part-time Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver for Oakleaf Village in Toledo, OH. The role runs 3pm-11pm with pay at $16/hour plus shift differential, supporting residents with daily care and activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident and family needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining rooms, and other events.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and repositioning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
