Wallick Communities is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate, daily care for residents at Oakleaf Village in Toledo, Ohio. This part-time shift runs 3pm-11pm with a starting pay of $16/hour plus shift differential.

The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and meaningful activity, within a supportive employee-owned culture that values education, benefits, and career growth.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized and self-motivated to do a great job for our residents.
• CPR certification; Nurse Aide certification a plus but not required.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, toileting).
• Respond to call lights in a timely manner and address resident/family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and other functions within the community.
• Lifting, turning, and repositioning residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
