Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draw blood from patients of all ages following protocol and antiseptic technique.
• Assist CLS/MLT in centrifuging, organizing specimens, and running tests.
• Explain collection procedures to patients and train new staff.
• Maintain clear communication with coworkers and adhere to AIDET and HIPAA standards.
• Report equipment or environmental issues and support patient transfer and care coordination.
