Job summary

Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join the interdisciplinary team under RN supervision. You will provide clinical support to promote safe, compassionate patient care in an onsite environment at 2014 Washington Street.

The role requires CNA/PCT/MA/EMT certification or equivalent experience; nursing students in BSN or direct-entry MS programs are preferred for training tracks. Schedule includes evening shifts with a 32‑hour workweek and a $750 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required, unless enrolled in NWH PCA Training Program or nursing student with fundamentals completed.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a registered/licensed nurse (RN), the PCA assists in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
