Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, CA 92037, with a schedule that includes evenings from 2:30 PM to 11 PM and weekend shifts. You will greet patients, collect information for registrations, verify insurance, schedule appointments, handle payments, and support referrals and authorizations.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate proficiency with computer applications, strong math and money-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately, assign MRN, schedule appointments, collect payments, and complete day-end reporting.
• Respond to billing and payment inquiries from patients.
• Manage check-in/out, verify ID, confirm demographics, and gather required forms.
• Enter insurance information and schedule or confirm appointments.
• Identify referrals/authorizations and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
