Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders comply with nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selections and retrieve trays from patient rooms.
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
