Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Patient Care Partner to support patients and families under the supervision of the Patient Care Manager and Charge Nurse. The role includes assisting with meals, delivering trays, documenting intake, restocking galleys, and answering call lights, while upholding the system's policies and mission.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be BLS certified within 30 days of hire, and possess prior computer and clerical experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous computer experience and clerical experience required, preferably in the medical field.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with meal orders and deliver/collect meal trays.
• Document meal intake and restock galleys.
• Assist with answering patient call lights and outside calls.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties in accordance with policies.
