Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Patient Care Partner to support patients and families with meal service, meal tray delivery, intake documentation, galley restocking, and call light assistance. The role emphasizes continuity of care from admission to discharge within our Catholic health system.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and current BLS certification within 30 days of hire, plus prior computer and clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous computer experience required. Previous clerical experience required, preferably in the medical field.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with meal orders and deliver/collect meal trays.
• Document meal intake and restock galleys.
• Assist with answering patient call lights and outside calls.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties and support continuity of care from admission to discharge.
