Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Patient Care Partner to assist patients and families, help with meal orders, deliver and collect meal trays, document intake, restock galleys and handle clerical duties.

Under supervision of the Patient Care Manager and Charge Nurse, you will support continuity of care from admission to discharge, work within established policies, and contribute to our mission and values in a Catholic health system.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED- required
• Certification: Current BLS certification- required within 30 days of hire
• Experience: Previous computer experience required. Previous clerical experience required, preferably in the medical field.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with meal orders and deliver/collect patient meal trays.
• Document meal intake and restock galleys.
• Assist with answering patient call lights and outside calls; perform clerical duties.
