Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join the interdisciplinary health care team. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will assist in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment and support daily operations.

This onsite role offers evening shifts, 32 hours per week, and a $750 sign-on bonus. Qualified candidates include CNAs, PCTs, MAs, EMTs or those in the NWH PCA training program; nursing

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required, unless incumbent is currently enrolled in, and successfully completes, the NWH Patient Care Associate Training Program, or is a nursing student who has completed her/his fundamentals of nursing with a clinical component (clinical rotation or simulation lab). For nursing students hired as PCAs, strongly prefer nursing students enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters' programs.
