Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year experience in patient care preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs.
• Completes documentation in the medical record.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Interacts with patients and families and reports health concerns to nurses.
• Maintains patient comfort, safety and dignity during care.
