Qualifications

• Must read and understand written instructions.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred with 3–6 months of on‑the‑job training.
• Certification as a Food Handler required within 1 week of hire and maintained thereafter.
• Must be able to follow food safety guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate tray assembly line for patient feedings.
• Operate dish machine and prepare nourishments.
• Deliver trays and replenish stations (salad bar, soda, pastries, hot entrees).
• Serve at the Employee Cafeteria service counter and perform cashiering duties.
• Sanitation and replenishment tasks across kitchen, cafeteria and patient service areas.
