• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, sets, and serves all food with proper temperatures and portions.
• Performs minor food preparation and portioning per policy.
• Delivers patient trays and assists tray assembly.
• Uses two patient identifiers to ensure patient safety and checks nutrition orders.
• Maintains tray quality and returns soiled trays for cleaning.
