Job summary

St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center is seeking a Food Service Aide to prepare and operate the tray assembly line for patient feedings and to serve at the Employee Cafeteria.

You will operate the dish machine, prepare nourishments, deliver trays, and assist with cashier duties as needed. Responsibilities include stocking and replenishing stations, providing food products, and ensuring sanitation standards in the kitchen, cafeteria, and patient service areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand written instruction.
• Ability to read & understand instructions, add & subtract numbers, compare numbers and letters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate tray assembly line for patient feedings.
• Operate dish machine and prepare nourishments.
• Serve and distribute food and supplies in Employee Cafeteria and catering areas.
• Perform cashier duties and ring up sales accurately.
• Maintain sanitation and replenishment in kitchen and patient service areas.
