Qualifications

• California Fire and Life Safety Card due within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business-related field or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Admitting and Communication department operations and staff.
• Oversee patient registration, switchboard operation and physician answering service.
• Monitor and evaluate activities of inpatient, outpatient and ER registrations; ensure accurate information is obtained professionally.
• Generate complete and accurate final patient bills for insurers and coordinate electronic billing system and cashier office.
• Collaborate with admitting, patient accounts, other departments and staff; participate in management meetings and special projects.
