Responsibilities

• Provides patient focused customer service and performs outpatient/inpatient registration and insurance verification.
• Collects patient financial liability payments and ensures they meet financial requirements.
• Distributes analytical reports and supports leadership with data-driven insights.
• Uses multiple system applications to perform analysis and generate educational materials.
