Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately in the EMR and ensure demographical and financial data is documented.
• Greet customers promptly with a warm and friendly reception.
• Collect, document and scan required demographic and financial information.
• Direct patients to appropriate setting and explain any delays.
• Maintain professionalism and diplomacy per department standards.
• Estimate and collect copays, deductibles, and other financial obligations.
• Comply with Hospital and Department policies and Meaningful Use requirements.
