Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with familiarity of office equipment and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographic and financial data and verify information.
• Verify insurance coverage/benefits and initiate pre-certification when required.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and maintain cash logs and deposits.
• Enter data into computer systems and ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Prepare and distribute reports and patient identification materials as needed.
