Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher in behavioral science preferred.
• 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• A valid state of Ohio CDCA or higher‑level licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Access Representative conducts clinical and administrative activities related to admissions.
• Confer with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity.
• Determines admissibility, financial responsibility and availability.
• Prepares records and other required data.
