Maryhaven is seeking a Patient Access Representative for the 2nd shift in Columbus, OH to support admissions with a mix of clinical and administrative duties. This full‑time clerical role involves coordinating with internal teams to maximize bed capacity and ensure accurate data handling.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associates in behavioral science and up to one year of social services experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in behavioral science preferred.
• 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• A valid state of Ohio CDCA or higher‑level licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Access Representative conducts clinical and administrative activities related to admissions.
• Confer with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity.
• Determines admissibility, financial responsibility and availability.
• Prepares records and other required data.

Patient Access Representative Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.

• A valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
• 3 pm - 11:30 pm.
