• A valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Access Representative conducts clinical and administrative activities related to admissions at Maryhaven, conferring with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity.
• Determines admissibility, financial responsibility and availability.
• Prepares records and other required data.
