The position is on-site at University Hospital in Columbia, MO, with Monday through Friday shifts 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, some weekends and holidays. Base pay ranges from $15.81 to $24.92 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of frontline customer service experience.
• Healthcare or patient-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, escort, and answer the phone; direct calls to appropriate area and assist as requested.
• Maintain the waiting area, reception, and offices; assist with patient check-in/out and scheduling as needed.
