Transforming Age Associates, LLC in Lincoln, NE is seeking a part-time Eastmont Wait Staff to join our team. The role involves serving meals to residents in the dining room during evening shifts and providing friendly, attentive service.

Applicants should have good communication skills, be able to read and write, and work well in a team. Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills and be able to read, write, take menu orders, and speak English well enough to communicate effectively with residents, family members and peers.

Responsabilités

• Serves food and beverages with a pleasant demeanor, restaurant style to residents in the dining room.
• Accomplishes other duties to include, but not limited to: clean, bus tables, reset tables and complete required assigned daily cleaning tasks.
• Complies with all federal and state health regulations and current food code requirements.
• Ensures foods are maintained at proper temperatures.
• May assist with training new staff and/or cross training current staff. Communicates any problems or concerns with the Director.
• Participates in personal and professional growth by attending mandatory in-services, scheduled department meetings and any other required training on or off campus.
