Transforming Age is seeking a part-time Wait Staff at Eastmont in Lincoln, NE. You will serve meals and beverages to residents in a restaurant-style dining room, with shift hours 4:30pm–7:30pm or 4:55pm–7:30pm, and you must be at least 16 years old.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability, along with following health regulations and contributing to a welcoming residential environment.

Qualifikationen

• Good communication with residents, families and peers.
• Ability to read, write, take menu orders, and speak English clearly.
• Desire to work with senior adults and families.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Able to pass a Food Prep Safe Course and lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Serve food and beverages with a pleasant demeanor in the dining room.
• Assist with daily cleaning tasks: bus tables, reset tables, and related duties.
• Comply with federal/state health regulations and food code requirements.
• Ensure foods are kept at proper temperatures.
• Assist with training or cross-training staff and communicate issues to the Director.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and adhere to Eastmont policies.
