Job summary

The long-term care Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN, provides individualized nursing care to residents daily using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all stages of health.

Sunset/evening shifts from 2pm-10:30pm totaling 16 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in State where practice occurs.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and the care team.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts and professional standards.
