You will collaborate with residents, families and the care team to plan and evaluate care, coordinate assessments, and support resident education. The role may include charge nurse duties and delegation within competence levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification and required department competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
