Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse for Brainerd, MN. The role involves providing individualized nursing care to residents, coordinating care with families and the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality nursing interventions in the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN-CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in practicing state or multi-state license (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
