Apploi is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians for part-time in-home and community-based therapy. You will work under a BCBA to implement personalized ABA plans, collect progress data, and help families develop effective behavior strategies.

Requirements include a high school diploma, RBT certification preferred, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Flexibility, empathy, patient, and a solution‑oriented, client‑centered approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the BACB.
