Job summary

PITT OHIO is seeking a PT Operations Admin/Customer Service at our Cumberland, MD facility. You will handle daily administrative tasks, data entry, and customer communications to support freight operations and billing processes.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a customer-focused approach. You will work Monday through Friday evenings, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow within a family-owned transportation company.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication with internal and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-entry tasks.
• Experience in transportation or customer service is a plus.
• Able to work night shift hours and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and fax on freight charges, pickups, tracing and PODs.
• Perform data entry including scanning bills, payroll, and fuel mileage.
• Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
• Assist with paperwork and Haz-mat information for loads.
