Diversified Maintenance is hiring a part-time Janitor for evening shifts to perform all-purpose cleaning and maintenance at client sites. Responsibilities include floor care, restroom upkeep, trash removal, window cleaning, and following client-specific cleaning procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent or at least six months in janitorial work, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. On-the-job training is provided, with weekly pay for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for cleaners and equipment use to protect surfaces.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal.
• Clean windows and glass partitions; spot clean carpets as needed.
• Replenish paper products and supplies; follow housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
