Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit required by state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas per safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans.
• Complete general cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain dish machine and sinks; monitor detergent levels and sanitation tests.
• Ensure correct water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Transport meals to CFL neighborhood and return carts to kitchen.
• Assist cooks with basic food prep and meal service as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and SDS guidelines.
