Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. ServSafe certificate preferred. Food Handler’s Permit as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas per safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using dish machines or manual methods.
• Complete general cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas maintain sanitation.
• Transport meals and assist cooks with basic food preparation as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to supervisor.
