Responsibilities

• Receiving food items and supplies and preparing them for production.
• Assembling and measuring ingredients per standard recipe.
• Notify supervisor of plant hazards and safety concerns.
• Follow work schedules and assignments as instructed by supervisor.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and clean equipment per guidelines.
• Maintain OSHA/JCAHO compliance in the kitchen area.
• Perform butchering duties as assigned.
• Complete annual physical examination.
• Store, issue, label, date, and rotate foods according to practices.
