Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 3 years in Parking/Real Estate/Hospitality/Related field.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L statements, and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate location managers and staff to deliver a superior parking experience.
• Oversee budget and payroll processes; ensure accurate reporting and cash controls.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and maintain strong landlord relationships.
• Lead safety training, compliance, and incident reporting across facilities.
• Monitor staffing, schedule optimization, and yield management strategies.
