Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day management of the location and ensure operations follow contractual guidelines.
Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist with management duties as assigned and with maintenance of parking equipment.
Provide courteous customer service and report incidents to the Facility Manager.
Familiarize with the garage layout and local streets; perform general maintenance tasks as directed.
Substitute for other positions if necessary.
