Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, coworkers, and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce lots by issuing citations per preapproved guidelines for non-paid or expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage: take down, repair, and assemble signs.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and perform general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot parking meters and equipment as needed.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Seasonal tasks including snow removal: shoveling, salting, snow thrower operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
