Propark Mobility in Columbia, SC is hiring Parking Attendants (Non-Driving) for part-time roles starting immediately. You will help guide patrons, issue tickets, monitor permit-only areas, and support garage and lot operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
• Available Mornings, Evenings, Weekends

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons to appropriate parking areas in garages and surface lots.
• Issue tickets and accurately record required transaction information.
• Process exception transactions (lost tickets, grace periods, etc.) according to company policy.
• Monitor and enforce permit-only parking areas.
• Complete daily shift reports, including tracking vehicle counts, transactions, validations, and lot activity.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Assist customers experiencing difficulty with keycard access, gate entry/exit, or lot-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot minor gate or access control issues and report larger malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness of garages and parking lots, including picking up trash, sweeping entranceways, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Perform routine inspections of all entrances, exits, and parking areas.
• Complete minor cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Support additional tasks or special projects as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs
