Responsibilities

• Direct patrons to appropriate parking areas in garages and surface lots.
• Issue tickets and accurately record required transaction information.
• Process exception transactions (lost tickets, grace periods, etc.) according to company policy.
• Monitor and enforce permit-only parking areas.
• Complete daily shift reports, including tracking vehicle counts, transactions, validations, and lot activity.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Assist customers experiencing difficulty with keycard access, gate entry/exit, or lot-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot minor gate or access control issues and report larger malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness of garages and parking lots, including picking up trash, sweeping entranceways, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Perform routine inspections of all entrances, exits, and parking areas.
• Complete minor cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Support additional tasks or special projects as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Parking Attendant / Garage Attendant. This role supports operations across both parking garages and surface parking lots, ensuring efficient traffic flow, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Employees will maintain a 750-space permit-only garage with three keycard-activated entrances, as well as assist with general parking lot operations and enforcement.
