Job summary

The Parking Spot in Hanover, NH seeks an Overnight Shuttle Driver (part-time, non-CDL) to transport guests between the parking facility and the airport, safely and courteously.

This role requires 21+ with a clean driving record, ability to lift luggage, and a customer-service mindset. Benefits include employee ownership, strong tipping potential, and consistent schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record per company handbook.
• Willing to pass a physical per airport/DOT/state requirements.
• Able to read and speak English well for communicating with the public and completing reports.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between the airport terminal and TPS parking locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage.
• Provide excellent customer service and knowledge of facility/terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to deliver the best service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed.
