A High School diploma is required, while experience with mental health, addiction, or homelessness is preferred. This role is crucial in fostering a safe environment for residents at the shelter, helping them on their journey to independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mental health, addiction or homelessness preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Accept crisis referrals and welcome guests.
• Conduct intake procedures with all guests.
• Provide supportive services to participants in support of their goals.
• Assist with meal preparation and kitchen duties.
• Clean common areas and empty rooms.
• Conduct room inspections following protocols.
